近几年来,我们按照市委、市政府的统一部署,强化职工和公务员队伍的继续教育及岗位培训工作,把市委组织部、市人事局规定的培训目标和任务,列入全厅年度工作的重要内容,结合办公部门的实际,从提高职工和公务员的技术和业务素质入手,有组织、有目的、有计划、多层次、多渠道地开展了职工培训工作,不断地优化了干部和职工的知识结构和专业技能,职工培训和继续教育工作逐步向规范化、科学化和制度化的方向发展,为完成市政府赋予办公厅的工作任务奠定了坚实的基础。我们的主要做法是:
In recent years, we have been strengthening the continuing education and job training of employees and civil servants in accordance with the unified arrangements of the municipal party committee and the municipal government.
