Continuing education of state-owned enterprises is a life-long education that focuses on the renewal of knowledge of professional and technical personnel of the company and the improvement of scientific and technological quality. It is the most important education model in the world today, and it is also an education system that is increasingly valued in China. Since the establishment of the China Continuing Engineering Education Association in 1984, various institutions of higher learning, administrative agencies at all levels, as well as enterprises, institutions, and industries have successively established continuing education institutions, which have laid a solid foundation for continuing education in China.
