目的探讨羊栖菜对高脂血症大鼠血脂的调节作用。方法健康雌性Wistar大鼠40只,高脂饲料喂养建立高脂血症动物模型,羊栖菜粉饲料喂养干预治疗。生化法检测大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平及脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HL)活性。酶联免疫吸附法测定羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)水平和羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶(HMG-CR)活性。结果羊栖菜治疗组动物血清TG、TC和LDL水平较模型组显著降低(P<0.05),而HDL水平显著升高(P<0.05);血清和肝组织中LPL和HL水平均显著高于模型组(P<0.05),肝组织HMG-CoA水平显著高于模型组、而HMG-CR的活性显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论羊栖菜可能通过增强LPL、HL和HMG-CR的活性,影响血脂组分的代谢,发挥调节血脂水平的作用。
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of Sargasso on the blood lipid of hyperlipidemic rats. Methods Forty healthy female Wistar rats were fed with high-fat diet to establish animal model of hyperlipidemia and intervention with forage Sargassum fodder diet. The levels of serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and hepatic lipase (HL) active. The levels of hydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) and hydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase (HMG-CR) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of serum TG, TC and LDL in the treated group were significantly lower than those in the untreated group (P <0.05), while the HDL levels were significantly increased (P <0.05). The levels of LPL and HL in serum and liver tissue were significantly higher than those in the model group (P <0.05). The level of HMG-CoA in liver tissue was significantly higher than that in model group, while the activity of HMG-CR was significantly lower than that in model group (P <0.05). Conclusion Sargassum fusiforme may play a role in the regulation of blood lipid level by enhancing the activity of LPL, HL and HMG-CR, affecting the metabolism of blood lipid components.
