目的研究尖海龙对尿生殖窦致小鼠前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)模型的药理作用,探讨尖海龙应用于治疗良性前列腺增生海洋药物开发的可行性。方法建立16d龄胎鼠尿生殖窦组织植入法诱导小鼠BPH模型,连续灌胃给予尖海龙(50,100,200mg.kg-1)30d后,评价对BPH小鼠前列腺指数和精囊腺指数、血清酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、前列腺组织形态参数的影响。结果与模型组相比,尖海龙具有升高精囊腺指数,降低前列腺指数、血清ACP、腺体周长、腺体面积、腺上皮高度的作用。结论尖海龙具有治疗BPH的作用,同时补肾壮阳,克服治疗前列腺增生药物阳痿少精等副作用,可开发成为治疗BPH的海洋药物。
Objective To study the pharmacological effects of Cephalotaxus on benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) induced by urogenital sinusitis in mice and to explore the feasibility of the application of Cynanchus parahaemolyticus in the development of marine drugs for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods The model of BPH mice was induced by implantation of urine and reproductive sinus tissue in 16-d-old mice. The rats were given gavage (50, 100 and 200 mg.kg-1) orally for 30 days, then evaluated the changes of prostate index and seminal vesicle index, serum acidity Phosphatase (ACP), Prostate tissue morphology parameters. Results Compared with the model group, JianHaiLong had the effect of increasing the index of seminal vesicle, decreasing the index of prostate, serum ACP, gland circumference, gland area and the height of glandular epithelium. Conclusion JianHaiLong has the effect of treating BPH, meanwhile, it can also be used as a marine medicine to treat BPH when it overcomes the side effect of treating impotence and oligozoosperitide of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
