本文介绍了一种新型的片状骨架结构的高温铂电阻温度计,这种温度计在结构上的特点是感温铂丝的曲率半径几乎保持不变,因而温度计具有极好的稳定性。温度计的 R_0的名义值为0.25欧。十支温度计在1070—1100℃退火,R_0每百小时的平均变化为1.3 mK,五支较好的温度计的平均变化为0.9 mK。高温淬火前后R_0的变化一般不超过±1mK。文中还给出了温度计其它各项性能的试验结果。
In this paper, a new type of high temperature platinum resistance thermometer with sheet-like skeleton structure is introduced. The structure of this kind of thermometer is characterized by the fact that the radius of curvature of the thermosensitive platinum wire remains almost unchanged, so the thermometer has excellent stability. The thermometer R_0 nominal value of 0.25 ohms. Ten thermometers were annealed at 1070-1100 ° C, with an average change of R_0 per hour of 1.3 mK. The average of the five better thermometers was 0.9 mK. Before and after quenching R_0 changes generally not more than ± 1mK. The article also gives the test results of other properties of the thermometer.
