《中华人民共和国种子法》(以下简称《种子法》)颁布实施之后,辽宁省各级种子管理部门认真学习和贯彻落实,从年初开始,开展了声势浩大的种子执法检查活动。其中,出重拳查处大案、要案是重要内容之一。内省、市农业、公安部门共同侦破的“3·11”劣种案,就是这次执法检查活动的一项重大成果。“3·11”劣种案受到了农业部、省政府的高度重视,在农业、公安等部门的密切配合和通力协作下,“3·11”劣种案涉案犯罪
After the promulgation and implementation of the “Seed Law of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as the “Seed Law”), the seed management departments at all levels in Liaoning Province conscientiously studied and implemented the plan.
