曹春林主编的《中药制剂汇编》一书,按年份共分为10卷,收载30多种剂型3900个制剂。每种制剂都是按品名、处方、制法、质量检查、功能、主治、用法用量、临床效果、备注、禁忌、贮藏、资料来源、附注等项加以论述。这样大型的工具书,参加编写者又这么多,因此在编写的内容上难免存有某些不足之处。如:某些制剂的处方配伍有禁忌某些制剂的制法有错误。其它方面也有不妥之处,特提出如下意见,供修订时参考。一、该书第191页益母草注射液的制法,采用水蒸汽蒸馏的方法。益母草中的主要有效成分为益母草碱,水苏碱等生物碱。实验证明益母草的蒸馏液中不含有上述有效成分,对动物的子宫平滑肌无收缩作用。用水醇法制备的益母草注射液中含有生物碱,对动物子宫平滑肌有收缩作用。故益母草注射液不宜使用蒸馏法制备。
The book “Compilation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations” edited by Cao Chunlin is divided into 10 volumes according to the year. It contains 3,900 formulations of more than 30 dosage forms. Each preparation is discussed in terms of product name, prescription, method, quality check, function, indication, dosage, clinical effect, remarks, taboos, storage, data sources, and notes. With such large-scale tool books, there are so many writers. Therefore, there are some deficiencies in the contents of the compilation. For example, there are contraindications in the formulation of certain preparations, and there are some errors in the preparation of certain preparations. There are also other problems in other aspects. I hereby make the following suggestions for reference during the revision. First, the book page 191 Preparation of motherwort injection method, the use of steam distillation method. The main active ingredients in Leonurus are Leonurum, Stachydrine and other alkaloids. The experiment proved that the distilled liquid of motherwort does not contain the above active ingredients, and there is no contraction effect on the uterine smooth muscle of animals. Alkaloids contained in motherwort injection prepared with water alcohol method have contraction effect on uterine smooth muscle of animals. Therefore, Motherwort injection should not be prepared by distillation.
