在毛主席无产阶级革命路线的指引下,我所有关人员走出办公室,开门办科研,与广西区建一公司及区建水泥制品厂等有关单位实行三结合,从1964年开始进行了装配式混凝土空心大板住宅的研究和试点。1966年初建成了广西第一幢大板建筑——朝阳三号大板住宅(四层),1975年建成第二批7481大板住宅(六层)一万三千多平米。相应的做了一些结构、建筑及热工试验和测定的工作,对使用了十年的朝阳三号大板住宅作了
