中国对外承包工程企业已经开启海外并购之路,正通过实践,积极摸索、积累经验。与其他行业不同,工程企业对海外投资环境既熟悉又陌生。要转变发展理念,把握转型良机,实现国际化的升级,需要各方积极配合,更需要企业发挥市场竞争的主体地位,形成有效的协同和配合。也只有这样,才有可能减少风险冲击,真正实现1+1>2
China’s contracted foreign engineering enterprises have started the path of overseas mergers and acquisitions and are gaining experience through active exploration and accumulation.
