研究了AIBN/NaNO2/FeSO4·7H2O/(CH3CO)2O存在下甲基丙烯酸甲酯本体聚合行为,发现AIBN/NaNO2/FeSO4·7H2O配比为1/3/3,(CH3CO)2O为1.0mol/L,温度为95℃时,甲基丙烯酸甲酯本体聚合具有活性特征,分子量多分散性指数在1.5以内,控制较好.聚合过程转化率和分子量随时间的增加而增大.
The bulk polymerization of methyl methacrylate in the presence of AIBN / NaNO2 / FeSO4 · 7H2O / (CH3CO) 2O was studied. The results showed that the ratio of AIBN / NaNO2 / FeSO4 · 7H2O was 1/3/3 and the molar ratio of (CH3CO) L at 95 ℃, the bulk polymerization of methyl methacrylate has active characteristics, the polydispersity index is within 1.5 and the control is better.The conversion and molecular weight of the polymerization process increase with the increase of time.
