头孢克肟(cefixime)是一种新的口服头孢菌素类抗生素。该药对β-内酰胺酶稳定,抗菌谱广,对G~+和G~-菌有较强的抗菌活性。此外,该药半衰期较长,且很少有副作用。本实验研究了头孢克肟对急性下呼吸道和尿路感染的治疗效果。实验选择下呼吸道感染和尿路感染患者各20例,所有患者每12h口服头孢克肟200mg,连续用药7～14天。下呼吸道感染组男16例,女4例,年龄22～77
