当前部分领导干部存在脱离群众的倾向,影响了党对人民群众的凝聚力。密切联系群众是我们党的三大优良作风之一,为什么现在有的领导干部却不知道怎样坚持和弘扬呢?在实际工作中,一些领导干部虽然明白密切联系群众、贯彻群众路线的重要性,但究竟怎样才能做到密切联系群众,却不甚了了,以致影响了工作成效。要将群众路线落到实处,必须用辩证唯物主义的观点加以分析,在倾听群众呼声、反映群众愿望、关心群众疾苦上下工夫。
The current tendency of some leading cadres to separate themselves from the masses has affected the party’s cohesion with the people.
