财务管理与市场营销同是企业经营管理的两个重要职能,作为企业经营管理的组成部分,两者虽然有着紧密联系,但在实际工作中却往往会因为财务与营销两个部门间缺乏必要的沟通,彼此误解、产生摩擦。对于通信企业来讲,必须正确评价两者关系,正确协调、处理两者的矛盾。在本文中,作者首先阐述了企业财务管理与市场营销的关系,然后分析了企业财务管理与市场营销常见的冲突,最后提出了促进财务与营销协调发展的措施。
Financial management and marketing are two important functions of business management. As an integral part of business management, although they are closely linked, in practical work, they often lack the necessary financial and marketing departments Communication, mutual misunderstanding, resulting in friction. For communications enterprises, we must correctly evaluate the relationship between the two, correct coordination, deal with the contradiction between the two.
