本文概述了盐锅峡水电厂的基本情况及水库的泥沙特性;叙述了水轮机汽蚀破坏的部位及特征,转轮叶片形状对汽蚀破坏的影响及叶片形状的修整;介绍了一种在水电厂检修中简单易行的翼型测绘方法;对于含沙水流对水轮机转轮的破坏进行了初步探讨。通过转轮翼型的全面修整,不仅提高了水轮机的出力,而且减轻了水轮机的汽蚀磨损破坏,使大修周期延长,转轮补焊量大大减少,收到了明显的效果。
This paper gives an overview of the basic situation of the Yanghuoxia hydropower plant and the sediment characteristics of the reservoir. The location and characteristics of the cavitation erosion of the turbine, the influence of the rotor blade shape on the cavitation damage and the shaping of the blade shape are described. The simple and easy method of airfoil mapping in the overhaul of hydropower plants; the preliminary discussion on the destruction of turbines runner by sandy water flow. Through the comprehensive dressing of the rotor airfoil, the output of the turbine is not only increased, but also the cavitation damage of the turbine is reduced, the overhaul period is prolonged, the amount of weld repair of the wheel is greatly reduced, and the obvious effect is achieved.
