在企业中,产品质量是经营成果的综合反映。而在一个国家中,产品质量则是关系着建设水平与速度的大事。搞好产品质量,要有一套科学的管理办法。六十年代兴起的TQC体系,就是现代化的科学的质量管理方法。它以数理统计为基本手段,用于质量检验和控制。本文就这种方法在选煤厂的应用,进行初步探讨。
In enterprises, product quality is a comprehensive reflection of operating results. In a country, product quality is a major event that is related to the level and speed of construction. Do a good job of product quality, there must be a set of scientific management methods. The rise of the TQC system in the 1960s is a modern and scientific method of quality management. It uses mathematical statistics as a basic measure for quality inspection and control. This paper discusses the application of this method in coal preparation plant.
