探索教学系统的控制规律,按规律进行教学,是提高教学质量的必由之路。如何在教学活动中认识和运用这些规律,笔者认为,在教学过程中教师应优化组合各种调控方法。一、调控教学目标教学目标是教学系统的核心要素。每一节课、每一个教学层次,教师都应该有明确、具体的教学目标。1.确定教学目标。教师应明确一堂课传授什么知识,学生应掌握什么内容,达到何种程度。要求过高会挫伤学生学习的积极性;要求太低会阻滞学生智力的发展。所以,要把教学目标控制在学生的最近发展区,以促进学生思维的发展。
Exploring the control law of teaching system and teaching according to law is the only way to improve teaching quality. How to recognize and use these rules in teaching activities, I believe that teachers should optimize the combination of various control methods in the teaching process. First, the regulation of teaching objectives Teaching objectives are the core elements of the teaching system. Each lesson, every level of teaching, teachers should have a clear, specific teaching objectives. 1. Determine teaching goals. Teachers should clarify what kind of knowledge should be taught in a class, what should be mastered by students, to what extent. Excessive demand can dampen the enthusiasm of students; low demand can hinder the development of student intelligence. Therefore, teaching objectives should be controlled in the student’s recent development zone, in order to promote the development of student thinking.
