三月七日至十日,中国企业管理协会、经济日报社、中央电视台在北京联合主办的企业改革论坛提出,当前企业改革的重点是,根据所有权与经营权分开的原则,采取适合不同企业特点的经营形式,改进企业的经营机制,进一步把企业特别是大、中型企业搞活,充分挖掘企业内部潜力,提高经济效益。这是第一次企业改革论坛。参加论坛的有来自28个省、自治区、直辖市的148位厂长(经理)、党委书记,70多位专家、学者,国务院有关各部委的15位领导同
From March 7th to 10th, the Enterprise Reform Forum co-sponsored by the China Enterprise Management Association, the Economic Daily, and the CCTV in Beijing proposed that the focus of the current corporate reform is to adapt to the characteristics of different companies according to the principle of separation of ownership from operating rights. The business forms, improve the business management mechanism, and further invigorate enterprises, especially large and medium-sized enterprises, fully tap the internal potential of the company and increase economic efficiency. This is the first corporate reform forum. At the forum, there were 148 directors (managers) and party committee secretaries from 28 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities, more than 70 experts and scholars, and 15 leaders of the State Council’s relevant ministries and commissions.
