近年来,江苏省句容市针对工业企业科技进步发展缓慢,采取有效措施,着力培植高新技术企业生长点,逐步实现经济增长方式由粗放型经营向集约化经营的转变。为加快技术改造步伐,句容市在制定激励政策鼓励部门和企业加大技术改造投入的同时,还把技术改造指标列为对各部门考核的重要内容。1993年以来,该市每年轻轰轰烈烈地开展项目投入月(季)活动,掀起了一个又一个全市技改投入
