应用生物电阻抗技术反映肺循环。在加压或热烙右心或左心,以及阻断右肺动脉主干时,人为地改变了家犬的左心或右心功能情况,而观察左、右肺阻抗血流图、颈动脉阻抗血流图的变化,结果提示:右心功能改变可影响肺阻抗图及颈动脉阻抗图,左心功能的改变也影响肺阻抗图。慢性肺心病既有肺部病变,又有右心功能受损,故以肺阻抗血流图协助诊断慢性肺心病是有其实验性理论基础的。
