有29个省、市、自治区青年技术工人参加的全国首次9个工种大赛于1990年11月21日闭幕,北京代表队有22名选手参赛,获得团体总分第一,并有11名选手进入前10名,受到了国家有关部委及市委、市政府的表彰。这是令人高兴和自豪的一件大喜事。高兴之余,再认真仔细地分析一下,就自然而然地提出了一连串的问题:北京代表队的成绩理想吗?北京市工人队伍的整体素质应位居榜首吗?今后参加全国或省、市、自治区之间的比赛,还能摘取桂冠吗?等等。要回答这些问题,需要从以下几个方面研究分析。
The first 9 kinds of national competitions involving young skilled workers from 29 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions ended on November 21, 1990 with 22 contestants participating in the Beijing team and the first team total score of 11, and 11 players entered Top 10, by the relevant state ministries and municipal party committee and government commendation.
