利用马利兰诱发小鼠再生障碍性贫血 (AA) ,并观察了补髓生血胶囊对实验性AA小鼠骨髓细胞碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)及糖原含量的影响 ,结果发现 :马利兰诱发的AA小鼠骨髓细胞ALP及糖原含量的变化与AA患者基本相似 ,用补肾药物治疗后 ,二者含量明显下降 ,与正常组比较P >0 . 0 5 ,无显著性差异。以上研究对探讨AA发病机理、疗效机理、帮助临床诊断及判断预后具有一定意义。
The mice were induced to have aplastic anemia (AA) by using Marlyn, and the effect of BJS on the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and glycogen content in the bone marrow cells of the experimental AA mice was observed. The results showed that the AA induced by Maliland was small. The changes of ALP and glycogen content in murine bone marrow cells were similar to those in patients with AA. After treatment with kidney-invigorating drugs, the contents of both were significantly decreased, and there was no significant difference compared with the normal group (P > 0.05). The above studies have a certain significance for exploring the pathogenesis of AA, the mechanism of efficacy, and helping clinical diagnosis and prognosis.
