亲爱的同志们:新的一年,一九六六年即将到来了,在这里,首先向你们致以崇高的敬意和亲切的慰问。一九六五年,医药卫生战线和全国其他各个战线一样,在党的领导下,高举毛泽东思想红旗,学习解放军、大庆、大寨的革命精神,在革命化的道路上取得了新的胜利。全国医药卫生人员响应党中央、毛主席的号召,掀起了波澜壮阔的到农村去为五亿农民服务的热潮,县以上卫生医疗机构先后到农村去的达到了十五万余人,目前在农村的有十二万余人。并且有不少人在农村安家落户,长期为农民服务。这是我国卫生战线上的空前壮举。
Dear Comrades, The new year, 1966 is coming soon. Here, I would like to extend my highest respects and cordial greetings to you. In 1965, the medical and health front, like all other fronts in the country, under the leadership of the party, held high the red flag of Mao Zedong Thought and studied the revolutionary spirit of the Liberation Army, Daqing, and Dazhai, and achieved new victories on the road to revolutionization. The national medical and health personnel responded to the call of the Party Central Committee and Chairman Mao to set off an upsurge of ferrying services to 500 million farmers in rural areas. The health and medical institutions above the county level have reached more than 150,000 people in rural areas and are currently in rural areas. There are more than 120,000 people. And many people settled in rural areas and served farmers for a long time. This is an unprecedented feat in our health front.
