本文首先对我国现行的外贸出口导向政策进行了评估,指出由于改革开放28年来这一政策从未有过调整,使得我国对外贸易与能源资源消耗同步快速增长,并对我国经济发展和外贸出口造成诸多不利影响。在此基础上经研究,本文进一步提出确立和谐贸易发展的国家竞争优势导向战略与外贸调整的基本思路,以及实现和谐贸易发展与促进出口战略转变的具体政策措施。
This paper first evaluates China’s current foreign trade export-oriented policy and points out that this policy has never been adjusted in the past 28 years since the reform and opening up, resulting in the rapid and rapid growth of China’s foreign trade and energy resource consumption, which has caused great impacts on China’s economic development and foreign trade exports A lot of adverse effects. On the basis of this research, this paper further puts forward the basic idea of establishing the guideline of national competitive advantage and the adjustment of foreign trade in the development of harmonious trade as well as the specific policy measures to realize the development of harmonious trade and promote the export strategy change.
