The Sichuan Provincial Health Work Conference was held in Chengdu in mid-March 1998. The conference was guided by the spirit of the party’s 15th National Congress, focusing on the implementation of the “Decision on Health Reform and Development” of the national, provincial health conference and the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the provincial party committee, and the provincial government, and summing up the entire province in the past year.
