目的开发新鲜蔬菜农药残留量的快速检测技术。方法根据有机磷农药残留的胆碱酯酶抑制法原理,通过单因素和正交试验确定最佳反应条件,由指示剂颜色变化和反应液△pH进行定量。结果确定检测条件为:马血清0.8ml,1.0%氯化乙酰胆碱1.4ml,反应温度为33℃。该方法对常见的几种有机磷农药的检测限均在0.04~10.0mg/kg的范围。结论该方法操作简便,检测快速,成本低,因而在有机磷的快速测定中有广泛的应用价值。
Objective To develop rapid detection of pesticide residues in fresh vegetables. Methods According to the principle of cholinesterase inhibition of organophosphorus pesticide residues, the optimal reaction conditions were determined by single factor and orthogonal test. The color change of indicator and the pH of the reaction solution were used for quantification. The results confirmed the detection conditions: horse serum 0.8ml, 1.0% acetylcholine 1.4ml, the reaction temperature was 33 ℃. The limit of detection of several common organophosphorus pesticides in the method is in the range of 0.04-10.0 mg / kg. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and low cost and has wide application value in the rapid determination of organic phosphorus.
