作业是教学环节中的重要一环。如何把作业和课堂教学进行有效搭配,真正发挥作业的功能,是我们每位一线教师都需要研讨的问题。我个人认为应把作业的诊断性、自学性和互动性进行有效整合。现实中,大部分教师对作业的“三性”认识不足,不能把作业的“三性”进行有效的整合。可能过多的关注了作业的诊断性,而忽视了作业的自学性,从而导致了作业的互动性不足,学生的自学兴趣不高,作业质量也就达不到我们的预期。
Homework is an important part of the teaching process. How to effectively assign homework and classroom teaching and really give play to their homework is a question that every front-line teacher needs to discuss. I personally think that the diagnosis of work, self-learning and interaction should be effectively integrated. In reality, most teachers do not have enough understanding of the “three nature” of the homework and can not effectively integrate the “three nature” of homework. May be too much attention to the diagnostic work, while ignoring the work of self-learning, resulting in the lack of interactive work, the students self-interest is not high, the quality of operations will not meet our expectations.
