Medical quality management is the core content of hospital management. The quality management of medical records is the key to ensuring medical quality. The level of medical record quality represents and reflects the hospital’s medical level and service quality. For this reason, this article discusses the nature and causes of defect medical records to find effective ways to improve the quality of medical records. 1 Materials and Methods This survey collected the 1995 medical records of a central hospital.
