目的:筛选茅莓提取物抗脑缺血的有效部位。方法:使用不同极性的溶剂分别提取茅莓得到不同的部位。采用不同的动物模型,分别观察茅莓各提取物对断尾小鼠出血时间的影响;对肝素化小鼠出血时间和出血量的影响;对小鼠常压耐缺氧生存时间的影响;对断头小鼠喘气时间的影响;对结扎小鼠双侧总动脉6h存活率的影响。结果:小鼠灌胃给予茅莓各提取物3d后,正丁醇萃取物能非常显著的延长断尾小鼠出血时间;对肝素化小鼠出血量明显增加;延长小鼠常压缺氧生存时间;延长断头小鼠喘气时间;降低结扎双侧总动脉小鼠死亡率。结论:正丁醇萃取物对脑缺血缺氧有明显的保护作用。经过化学成分确认,正丁醇萃取物——茅莓总皂苷是茅莓抗脑缺血的有效部位。
OBJECTIVE: To screen the effective fractions of Mao ramie extract against cerebral ischemia. Methods: Different polarity solvents were used to extract raspberry to obtain different parts. Results: After intragastric administration of each extract of raspberry, the n-butanol extract could prolong the bleeding time of severed mice very significantly, increase the amount of bleeding in heparinized mice and prolong the normal pressure of hypoxia in mice Time; prolonged gasping time mice; reduce the mortality of bilateral common artery occlusion mice. Conclusion: n-butanol extract has a significant protective effect on cerebral ischemia and hypoxia. After chemical composition confirmed that the n-butanol extract - the total berry ginseng berry is an effective anti-ischemic site.
