目的:为进一步研究河南产蜂胶提供参考。方法:采用GC-MS法对河南产蜂胶索氏提取法所得乙醚提取物进行分析。结果:河南蜂胶乙醚提取物含主要成分58个。结论:河南蜂胶乙醚-索氏提取法所得提取物主要是挥发油、脂肪酸及小分子的酚性物质等化合物。
Objective: To provide reference for further study on propolis production in Henan. Methods: The ether extract from Soxhlet extracted by Henan was analyzed by GC-MS. Results: Henan propolis ether extract contains 58 main components. Conclusion: The extract from Henan propolis ether-Soxhlet extraction is mainly volatile oil, fatty acid and small molecule phenolic compounds.
