目的:分析青少年巨幼细胞性贫血的常见病因和特点以及防治措施。方法:通过回顾性分析病史及有关辅助检查,总结青少年巨幼细胞性贫血原因和特点。结果:青少年巨幼细胞性贫血患者临床症状不典型,发病原因主要为挑食、膳食不合理和胃部疾病,主要人群为中小学生和打工人群。结论:加强营养,改善膳食条件和结构,对青少年进行健康教育是防治青少年巨幼细胞性贫血的重要措施。
Objective: To analyze the common causes and characteristics of juvenile megaloblastic anemia and its prevention and treatment. Methods: By retrospective analysis of medical history and related laboratory examinations, summed up the causes and characteristics of juvenile megaloblastic anemia. Results: The clinical symptoms of juvenile megaloblastic anemia were not typical. The main causes of etiology were picky eaters, unreasonable diet and stomach diseases. The main groups were primary and secondary school students and migrant workers. Conclusion: Strengthening nutrition, improving dietary conditions and structure, and adolescent health education are important measures to prevent juvenile megaloblastic anemia.
