目的:评价多普勒超声心动图对缩窄性心包炎的诊断价值。方法:对临床诊断为缩窄性心包炎,经胸多普勒超声心动图检查(其中15例经手术证实)的超声特点进行回顾分析。结果:多普勒超声心动图明确诊断缩窄性心包炎21例,给予提示性诊断3例,诊断准确率96%。误诊1例,占4%。结论:多普勒超声心动图对缩窄性心包炎的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective: To evaluate the value of Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of constrictive pericarditis. Methods: The clinical features of constrictive pericarditis and transthoracic Doppler echocardiography (including 15 cases confirmed by surgery) were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 21 cases of constrictive pericarditis were confirmed by Doppler echocardiography, 3 cases were given prompt diagnosis, and the diagnostic accuracy was 96%. 1 case misdiagnosed, accounting for 4%. Conclusion: Doppler echocardiography is of great value in the diagnosis of constrictive pericarditis.
