目的：观察新药复方健骨胶囊对血清钙、磷含量的影响。方法：通过外科手术的方法对家兔造成创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死模型后，按1．0g／kg和0．5g／kg复方健骨胶囊连续灌胃12周，进行血清生化和血流变学检查，并摄X光片检查。结果：血清钙、磷含量增加，血液粘度降低，胃密度增加。结论：该药具有促进股骨头缺血坏死修复的作用，可治疗股骨头坏死。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of New Drug Compound Jiangu Capsule on serum calcium and phosphorus content. METHODS: After traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head was induced by surgery, the rats were treated with 1.0g/kg and 0.5g/kg compound Jiangu Capsules for 12 weeks to perform serum biochemical and blood flow. Metamorphologic examination and X-ray examination. RESULTS: Serum calcium and phosphorus levels increased, blood viscosity decreased, and gastric density increased. Conclusion: The drug has the effect of promoting the repair of femoral head ischemia and necrosis, and can treat femoral head necrosis.
