近年来,发展中国家的农产品出口贸易频频遭遇来自世界主要发达国家的出口壁垒,这严重降低了农民的创收能力。如何在突破发达国家以质量、卫生和技术标准等为借口的技术性壁垒的同时保护发展中国家农民的权益,是本文的宗旨所在。
In recent years, the export trade of agricultural products in developing countries has frequently encountered export barriers from the major developed countries in the world, severely reducing their income-generating capacity. How to protect the rights and interests of peasants in developing countries while breaking the technical barriers prevalent in developed countries on the basis of quality, hygiene and technical standards is the purpose of this article.
