简要地介绍了我国汽车工业利用外资的现状,分析了外资给汽车工业带来的效益及负面影响,提出了汽车工业加大利用外资力度、整合零部件合资企业等对策。
This paper briefly introduces the status quo of utilizing foreign capitals in China’s automobile industry, analyzes the benefits and negative impacts brought by foreign capitals to the automobile industry, and puts forward some countermeasures such as increasing the utilization of foreign capitals by the automobile industry and integrating the joint ventures of parts and components.
