目的:对两面针的提取工艺进行优选。方法:采用正交设计实验,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间作为优选因素,以两面针中所含的氯化两面针碱提取量和出膏率为定量指标,确定合理的醇提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件是:乙醇浓度为70%,加醇量为10.8倍,提取两次,第1次提取60min,第2次提取45min,出膏率及有效成分提取率较高,重现性好。结论:优化得到的提取工艺稳定可行,适合用于两面针镇痛缓释片的制备。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of two-sided needle. Methods: Orthogonal design experiments were carried out to optimize the alcohol extraction process. Ethanol concentration, ethanol consumption and extraction time were selected as the optimal factors. The amount of alkalis extracted and the rate of ointment contained in the two-sided needle were used as quantitative indexes to determine the reasonable alcohol extraction process. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 70%, the amount of alcohol was 10.8 times, twice extraction, the first extraction 60min, the second extraction 45min, the extraction rate and the extraction rate of effective components were higher, Reality is good. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is stable and feasible, which is suitable for the preparation of analgesic sustained-release tablets.
