目的:通过研究966例小儿肺炎的病原学情况,了解镇江地区儿童肺炎8种病原体感染流行情况,为临床提供科学的诊断依据。方法:采用间接免疫荧光法检测2014年1月至2014年12月于江苏大学附属医院儿科住院的966例肺炎患儿血清腺病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒、副流感病毒及肺炎支原体等8种呼吸道病原体免疫球蛋白M。结果:966例肺炎患儿中甲型流感病毒阳性率最高,检出阳性病例215例,总阳性率为22.26%。其次为乙型流感病毒,检出阳性病例89例,总阳性率为9.21%,秋冬季阳性率最高,春夏最低,1~3岁患儿感染率最高,6个月以内最低。支原体阳性病例53例,总阳性率为5.46%,明显低于其他地区的发病率,秋季阳性率最高,春季最低。混合阳性为54例,其中2种混合感染为45例,3种为9例,占总病例数的5.6%。结论:甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒及支原体是2014年镇江地区儿童肺炎的主要病原,甲型流感病毒呈全年流行趋势,秋冬更甚,其中6个月~14岁感染较多,1~3岁的婴幼儿高发;乙型流感病毒以秋冬季流行为主,1~3岁小儿感染高发,且出现以1~3岁及3岁以上学龄前儿童的较多混合感染,应高度重视、科学诊疗。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the prevalence of 8 pathogens in children with pneumonia in Zhenjiang by studying the etiology of 966 cases of pediatric pneumonia and provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods: The indirect immunofluorescence method was used to detect the serum adenovirus, respiratory syncytial virus, influenza A virus and influenza B virus in 966 children with pneumonia who were hospitalized in the pediatric department of Jiangsu University Hospital from January 2014 to December 2014, Influenza virus and Mycoplasma pneumoniae eight kinds of respiratory pathogens immunoglobulin M. Results: The positive rate of influenza A virus in 966 children with pneumonia was the highest, 215 positive cases were detected, the total positive rate was 22.26%. Followed by influenza B virus, positive cases were detected in 89 cases, the total positive rate was 9.21%, the highest positive rate in autumn and winter, the lowest in spring and summer, 1 to 3 years old children infected the highest rate, the lowest within 6 months. 53 cases of mycoplasma positive cases, the total positive rate was 5.46%, significantly lower than the incidence of other regions, the highest positive rate in autumn, the lowest in spring. The positive results were 54 cases, of which 45 cases were mixed in 2 cases and 9 cases were in 3 cases, accounting for 5.6% of the total cases. Conclusion: Influenza A virus, influenza B virus and mycoplasma are the main pathogens of pneumonia in children in Zhenjiang in 2014. Influenza A virus is in the trend of the whole year, even more in autumn and winter, among which 6 months to 14 years old have more infections, 1 High prevalence of infants and young children aged ~ 3 years; Influenza B virus predominated in autumn and winter, high incidence of infection in children aged 1 to 3 years, and more mixed infections in preschool children aged 1-3 years and above 3 years old should be highly valued , Scientific diagnosis and treatment.
