1.分级大葱收获后,要排开晾晒两个小时左右,进行分级。根据大葱的不同品种,分级标准也不相同。短葱白类型以隆尧鸡腿大葱为例:一级大葱葱白直径6~8厘米,二级大葱葱白直径4~6厘米,三级大葱葱白直径2~4厘米。长葱白类型以章丘大葱为例:一级大葱葱白直径3~4厘米,二级大葱葱白直径2~3厘米,三级大葱葱白直径1~2厘米。分级后按级捆捆,每捆5~10公斤,用谷草或藤蔓捆好。捆好后运往蔬菜市场或就地贮藏。如进行远途运输,要把大葱捆好装入麻袋
