水电站排水泵自动控制系统的可靠运行对电厂、大坝的安全稳定运行具有重要作用。本文针对传统排水泵自动控制系统在实际运行中的不足提出的采用 PLC 控制取代传统继电逻辑控制、采用综合保护器与三接触器构造的电动机启停控制主回路、以浮球式液位信号计为水位传感元件的方案,在实际应用中取得了成本低、可靠性高、性能优越的效果,很适合在中小电站同类系统中推广。
