In 1963, the epidemic of unhealthy fever in a certain area of Heilongjiang Province was in the summer. The patients had high fever and diarrhea and other gastrointestinal symptoms in some cases. Before the epidemic, the village was hit by heavy rains and waterlogging. A household outside of Hokkaido and other households also suffered serious pollution. These situations prompt us whether the epidemic is to pass the water source. So the first thing to consider is typhoid fever, paratyphoid fever and dysentery.
