目的研究金莲花精制总黄酮及其中主要成分的抗氧化活性。方法采用清除DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基能力实验,测定精制总黄酮及其中主要成分的抗氧化活性,并与维生素C对比分析。结果通过比较半数清除浓度(μg/ml),DPPH自由基清除能力大小依次为维生素C(24.01±0.02)、荭草苷(30.56±0.31)、牡荆苷(35.08±0.15)、荭草素-2-O-β-半乳糖苷(36.39±0.10)、精制总黄酮(44.25±0.39);ABTS自由基清除能力大小依次为荭草苷(41.94±0.23)、维生素C(48.34±0.11)、荭草素-2-O-β-半乳糖苷(52.25±0.47)、精制总黄酮(59.90±0.26)、牡荆苷(64.94±0.56)。上述成分自由基清除能力两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论金莲花精制总黄酮及其主要成分均具有优良的抗氧化能力。
Objective To study the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Trollius chinensis and its main components. Methods Antioxidant activity of purified total flavonoids and its main components were determined by DPPH free radical scavenging and ABTS free radical scavenging activities and compared with vitamin C. Results The scavenging capacity of free radical scavenging DPPH radical scavenging capacity of vitamin C (24.01 ± 0.02), xyloside (30.56 ± 0.31), vitexin (35.08 ± 0.15) 2-O-β-galactoside (36.39 ± 0.10) and total flavonoids (44.25 ± 0.39). The abscisic acid scavenging capacity of ABTS was 41.94 ± 0.23 and 48.34 ± 0.11, respectively The results showed that the total flavonoids (59.90 ± 0.26) and vitexin (64.94 ± 0.56) were better than those of the other two groups (52.25 ± 0.47). The composition of free radical scavenging each comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The total flavonoids of Trollius chinensis and its main components all have excellent antioxidant capacity.
