房产短线投资者关心的是如何规避税收,长线投资者关心的是“以房养房”、“以租抵贷”是否依然可行。美丽家园房产经纪公司总经理助理宫萍告诉记者,由于营业税的征收,对于投资期限还未满2年的短期投资者来说,先采取“以房养房”的策略相对来说是比较科学、合理的;对于投资期限已经超过2年的投资者来说,采取“以房养房”或者“以租抵贷”,未必就是最佳方案。
