测试超高强冷轧双相钢在不同应变速率下的准静态和动态拉伸力学性能,并通过数学模型研究了高应变速率下材料的变形行为。结果表明,Johnson-Cook模型拟合度较差,但是根据可决系数修正以后的模型预测结果与实验结果具有较好的吻合度。
The quasi-static and dynamic tensile properties of ultra-high-strength cold-rolled duplex steel under different strain rates were tested. The deformation behavior of the material at high strain rates was studied by mathematical models. The results show that the Johnson-Cook model has a poor fitting degree, but the model predictions after the correction based on the resolvable coefficients have good agreement with the experimental results.
