目的 观察消炎痛在闭角型青光眼发作期的作用效果。方法 将闭角型青光眼急性发作期患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组除常规抗青光眼治疗外 ,同时加服消炎痛 2 5mg ;对照组仅用常规抗青光眼治疗。结果 治疗组 2 0例 2 0只眼同对照组相比 ,眼压下降幅度、术后虹膜后粘连例数等均有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 对前列腺素生成起抑制作用的消炎痛应用于闭角型青光眼急性发作期 ,不仅能防止术后炎症反应 ,而且有协助降低眼压作用
Objective To observe the effect of indomethacin on the onset of angle-closure glaucoma. Methods The patients with angle-closure glaucoma were divided into two groups at random. The patients in the treatment group were treated with anti-glaucoma 25 mg plus indomethacin. The control group was treated with conventional anti-glaucoma treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the decrease of intraocular pressure and the number of posterior iridia adhesions in 20 cases and 20 cases of treatment group were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusions Indomethacin, which inhibits prostaglandin production, is used in the acute episode of angle-closure glaucoma. It not only prevents postoperative inflammatory reaction but also helps to reduce intraocular pressure
