腐败是指担任公职的少数人，利用执掌的公共权力或公共职权谋取私人利益的行 为。我国的腐败是体制性腐败，应该从经济学的角度深入地加以认识。
Corruption means the act of taking advantage of public interests or public authority in the private interest of a minority serving as a public official. Corruption in our country is systemic corruption, and we should know it deeply from the perspective of economics.
