2005年12月17日,中国企业联合会、中国企业家协会在辽宁省盘锦市召开了《2005年全国企业文化 (辽河油田)现场会》,全国近百名知名企业家和北京大学、清华大学等专家学者80余人出席。会上,中国企联领导向辽河油田公司颁发证书、授予“全国企业文化示范基地”荣誉牌匾。辽河油田是我国第三大油田。辽河油田公司下设采油、科研、集输、销售等20个场、院和公司,163个基层作业区、1119个自然井站,现有员工29300余人。自1970年辽河油田创建时起,到1999年中石油重组改制,辽河油田坚持继承、融合、创新的原则,努力构建具有辽河油田特色的企业文化,取得了丰硕的物质文化成果。近5年来,辽河油田的经济效益、上缴税费一直位居辽宁省前列;先后荣获了国家有关部门授予的“全国五一劳动奖状”、“中央企业先进单位”、“全国精神文明建设先进单位”、“全国企业文化建设先进单位”、“全国企业优秀文化奖”、“全国企业文化实践创新奖和研究成果奖”等。这里登载的《突出以人为本理念创建“五小”文化》,是她们开展企业文化建设的一个窗口。这种实实在在的“让企业文化的阳光洒落到每一个班站,温暖到每一名员工”的做法,令人钦敬而温馨。
