东北三省第二次农业科技情报网协作会议于1990年6月5—6日在辽宁省农科院召开。辽宁、吉林、黑龙江农科院情报所、黑龙江农垦科学院情报所以及中国农科院文献信息中心的代表15人参加了会议。在会上交流了情况,讨论了共同存在的主要问题。对如何搞好数据库建设、文献协调和情报研究的协作通过讨论与协商取得了以下共同的认识:一、三省四所建设数据库在机型、软件、库结构、前处理和操作系统等方面要统一按照AGRIS国家中心的标准
The Third Northeast Agricultural Science and Technology Information Network Symposium was held on June 5-6, 1990 in Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Liaoning, Jilin, Information Institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Information Institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Document Information Center 15 people attended the meeting. Exchanged views at the meeting and discussed the main issues that co-exist.
