案情简介2009年,邱某在某小区内租了一个仓库从事礼品回收等业务,该业务未进行工商登记及税务登记。期间,邱某从朋友处无偿借了一辆桑塔纳2000型轿车,并雇用没有取得驾驶执照的周某驾驶该车联系业务。2010年1月2日晚,邱某让周某驾驶该车去接一个朋友,因正值下雨,车辆与行人发生碰撞,并导致该行人当场死亡。事故发生后,周某驾车逃逸。经公安交警部门认定,周某承担事故的全部责任。2010年2月5日,公安交警部门以周某、邱某涉嫌交通肇事罪移送检察机关审查起诉。
