研究了桃核承气汤的抗缺氧和抗心律失常作用.腹腔注射桃核承气汤可分别对抗常压下致小鼠急性缺氧和异丙肾上腺素致小鼠心肌缺氧;静脉注射桃核承气汤能对抗氯化钡和乌头碱诱发的大鼠心律失常,可预防急性心肌缺血诱发的大鼠心律失常及氯仿肾上腺素引起的兔心律失常,腹腔注射还可预防氯仿诱发小鼠室颤.
The anti-hypoxia and anti-arrhythmia effects of Taohe Chengqi Decoction were studied.
