为探讨哇巴因多克隆抗体的降压作用及哇巴因与高血压发病的关系 ,给“两肾一夹 +盐 ( 2 k1 c+盐 )”、“两肾一夹 ( 2 k1 c)”肾血管性高血压大鼠随机静注哇巴因多克隆抗体、硝普钠、正常兔免疫球蛋白 ( Ig G)及生理盐水 ,颈动脉插管观察注射后 3h内血压动态变化。结果表明 :哇巴因多克隆抗体对“两肾一夹 +盐”肾血管型高血压大鼠具有明显的降压作用 ,而对“两肾一夹”高血压模型降压作用不明显。正常兔免疫球蛋白对各种高血压模型均无降压作用。提示内源性哇巴因 ( EO)升高可能是高血压的发病因素之一 ;高盐引起血压升高的机制之一可能是通过刺激 EO的分泌增加。
In order to investigate the antihypertensive effect of ouabain polyclonal antibody and the relationship between ouabain and hypertension, “two kidneys plus one salt + Renovascular hypertensive rats were randomized to intravenous ouabain polyclonal antibody, sodium nitroprusside, normal rabbit immunoglobulin (Ig G) and normal saline. The arterial blood pressure was observed within 3 h after intubation. The results showed that the ouabain polyclonal antibody had a significant antihypertensive effect on the renal hypertensive rats with ”two kidneys and one clamp + salt“, while the antihypertensive effect was not obvious on the ”two kidneys and one clip" hypertension model. Normal rabbit immunoglobulin has no antihypertensive effects on various models of hypertension. It is suggested that the increase of endogenous ouabain (EO) may be one of the pathogenesis of hypertension. One of the mechanisms of high blood pressure induced by hypertension may be through stimulating the secretion of EO.
