应用阿霉素所致大鼠肾病综合征(NS)模型与腹主动脉-下腔静脉造瘘所致大鼠充血性心力衰竭(CHF)模型,研究了精氨酸血管加压素(AVP)系统在其中的变化以及黄芪的保护作用。斑点杂交显示下丘脑AVPmRNA表达在NS增加,在CHF降低。逆转录-聚合酶链反应表明肾脏皮质AVPV1α受体mRNA表达在NS增加,在CHF降低。黄芪对NS中AVP系统的高表达与CHF中AVP系统的低表达均有改善作用。上述变化均不是通过渗透性调节机制,心房利钠肽(ANP)在其中亦不是起主要作用,对此进行了讨论。
The model of rat nephrotic syndrome (NS) induced by adriamycin and the rat model of congestive heart failure (CHF) induced by abdominal aorta-inferior vena cava fistula were used to study arginine vasopressin (AVP). Changes in the system and the protective effect of the jaundice. Dot blot hybridization showed that hypothalamic AVP mRNA expression increased at NS and decreased at CHF. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction showed that the expression of AVPV1α receptor mRNA in renal cortex increased at NS and decreased at CHF. Astragalus can improve the expression of AVP system in NS and the low expression of AVP system in CHF. None of these changes was through a mechanism of permeability regulation, and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) was not a major function among them, which was discussed.
